We provide assistance in preparing and submitting map drawings to the relevant authority (LDA, Nagar Nigam, etc.). We coordinate closely with the approval process — but we do not and cannot guarantee government approval timelines or outcomes.
Approval is at the discretion of the relevant authority and depends on site compliance with applicable by-laws. We will advise you on compliance requirements based on your site conditions.
For sites with existing non-compliant structures, we can advise on regularisation options available under applicable schemes.
